Financial Aid: The U.S. Department of Education will provide about 70 percent of all Financial Aid And Scholarshipsstudent aid ($67 billion) to help pay for postsecondary education this year. Few realize how easy it is toqualify for aids or loans. More than 12 million students apply for aid annually, and about 9 million receive a grant or loan usually not qualifying becasue of too much income.
